Refund Policy
At Daily Picks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase,

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition,
and returned within [7] days of purchase for non-perishable items and same day return
policy for perishable items . We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not
meet these criteria. Once received from the rider, it is considered that the item has been
fully inspected and free from defect especially in fresh goods.
2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@dailypicks.co with your
order details and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you
may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or product
defect.
4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact
us immediately for assistance. We may offer a replacement or full refund depending on the
circumstances.
5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please

2. No Cash on Delivery (COD) for Orders Totaling PHP 3000 and Above: To streamline our
operations and ensure efficient order processing, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
as a payment option for orders totaling PHP 3000 and above. All such orders must be paid
for online at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

selected shipping method.
